Hi everybody!

Welcome into my blog! I’m Noémie, I am 19, and I am a French student passionate about cooking. Since my 8 years old, I cook really often. First I started with my grandma, and I continued with my mum and finally on my own. I really like to prepare delicious dishes for my family or my friends, especially appetizers or desserts.

Indeed, I think doing that sort of things for a meal is something cooler but also lighter, you’re not as full as you can be when you eat a substantial dish and it’s also better for the difficult people, I mean people who dislike cheese for example, or fish, or a kind of vegetables. In short, thanks to appetizers or mini-desserts, there is something for everyone!

I hope give you some ideas trough my blog, help you to realize delicious appetizers or mini-desserts to treat your entourage. I will post my new recipes or the recipes I find on the Internet.

For the appetizers, it will be recipes of “petits fours”, little original toasts, “verrines” etc, and for the mini-desserts things like pop cakes, cupcakes, macaroons and “verrines” too. For this last word, maybe English people don’t know it, it is small glasses that are used to hold appetizers or and amuse-bouches (either sweet or savory.) You can do an image search online to see what they look like, there are tons of examples!
